Distract yourself as much as possible...try something new ...take care of your self and also volunteer it will take your mind off of them and you can focus on all the good you are doing for some else ...it boosts serotonin too

@SW-User A classmate and close personal friend of mine moved away when we were both nearing the end of the 6th grade and distracting myself was my way to cope.

Think of them as a lesson. What did they teach you? Why are you thinking about them? Then move forward. Work on you. Evolve. Make new relationships. And also realize what things you did wrong. Life will keep you busy.

@PoetryNEmotion think of them as a melon? Could work. That’s quite a mocking image

@pianoplayingsteve I spelled lesson. You read it wrong?

Exactly losing respect for them is that helped me lots to dislike them and continue with my life.
Isn't really moving on for me cause isn't that you forget about them but my feelings definitely changed and I focus on myself and my life more

When you catch yourself thinking about it, instead of being upset, congratulate yourself for noticing, and steer youre mind somewhere else.
Then you notice it, take some more control, relax, just let it slip past the mind.
And just try do what you enjoy.

Change your number, block him on everything and keep busy, be kind to yourself and maybe try and find some new stuff to do or go out more, cycling, walks swimming
The more you think about it; the more you'll think about it.. so you just have to focus on something else entirely

Change your camera angle and let them interact with Lego Batman when thoughts about them come up.

The best way to get over someone is to get under someone else.

Considering shooting myself in the head, it’s the only way to get her out - by not having one. You hurt me so much, Catrina.
