How to get exes out of your head?

Especially the first one, I have no respect for him at this point, I just want to move on, how do I stop them from seeping into my mind ?

Exactly losing respect for them is that helped me lots to dislike them and continue with my life.
Isn't really moving on for me cause isn't that you forget about them but my feelings definitely changed and I focus on myself and my life more
