closely followed by the high risks of losing everything to a woman if I was to have a relationship after two failed ones and it resulting in losing my house, my finances, my things, and perhaps also my kids.

Those both seem like reasonable fears to me. I kinda think along the same line.

Getting so old and decrepit I get put in a home against my will.

Reaching a point in life where someone has to care for me. I have always been almost unable in the extreme to ask for help or even accept it.

Dying alone in my house and nobody finds me for 3 days.
But ,then I'll be dead so... I probably won't care.
