Wht got you thoughts of self harm or suicide?

losing my daughter. I didn't want to live without her...BUT my religion doesn't believe in suicide so i just prayed.

I don't want to die i just want to be someone else

Never had them … I love life …

A long terrible relationship where mental ilness was a factor, my appartment been taken over and me not knowing what they are doing to her. Realizing her life had been destroyed and there was nothing i could have done. The government constantly draining my money so i cant move forward. Years of isolation due to ptsd. Loosing most of my family. My name being slandered to the point noone trusts me. Years of drug abuse and recovery. . Being so alone and misunderstood that nobody understands anything i say let alone survive a week in my mind.But theres no time to be a pussy. I got to walk it off because noone is going to care until i fail so they can point and laugh.

Low self-esteem, feeling like I was worthless, stupid and emotionally out of control.
Self-harm - hate towards my body for hurting and not working as I believe it should. To give it a reason to hurt.

Existing in a sexless marriage with a cold, gay husband. Eventuslly I divorced him. I knew it was either get my freedom or die. I chose me.

Unending mean comments. Unmotivating. Idk...
But...idk things

No self harm but if I never wake up again. Peace.

lots of issues which I really can't mention here directly as there is something called family privacy I believe and except that during twelfth I was terrifyingly suicidal ( attempted also
other reasons combined with career and academics
thought I'll be better be dead and still I've not improved anywhere

I only get deep depressed when I drink .. I start thinking about my life choices and how I ain’t got nothing to show for it .. but I have a kid now .. so I gotta put my big girl panties on and make shit happen everyday

not for me......... i love me way too much. although i must say when i was younger i did engage in alot of self destructive behavior revolving around alcohol, drugs, etc.

Anxiety and depression which started when I was just a toddler

Ex gf cheating on me i was close to her kids loved them like my own so losing them hurt 💔

Certain past experiences and I am thankful that that is the past.

My brain.
Such thoughts hit me out of the blue, no matter how I'm feeling.

Nothing at all. I love and appreciate life despite the hardships.

I felt I had run out of solutions and it was the only one left that made any sense.

Feeling so small, powerless and ultimately losing faith; but not anymore though. I hope you're still ok? 🙂
