Wht got you thoughts of self harm or suicide?

Low self-esteem, feeling like I was worthless, stupid and emotionally out of control.
Self-harm - hate towards my body for hurting and not working as I believe it should. To give it a reason to hurt.

@popmol I'm no longer in school and don't have hypothyroidism that could have possibly been making me dumber and more emotionally unstable.
