If you really are interested in reasonable discussions try not telling people so many truths about themselves and focus more on the arguments.
That is to say refuting them, not just saying they're wrong.
Maybe you're telling us truths, maybe you're not. It doesn't matter because either way it is not a productive way to encourage discussion and debate. Assuming that you value either of these things, i hope you'll take that advice under consideration.

So let's start fresh here.

My argument for why the bible alone is insufficient evidence for jesus rising from the grave is that
a) there are no extrabiblical sources corroborating this claim and
b) that given the extraordinary nature of the claim, very robust evidence is needed to cause us to reasonably accept said evidence.

While there are certain historical eras that have minimal corrobrating sources (although not so few as you make out), the claims made therein are nothing extraordinary. As such they have a much lower bar to be considered credible.

Those are the main parts of my argument.
I would like to see you specifically address those. Not broad dismissals, mind, but specific rebuttals.
Do so without comment about me personally or atheists in general.

That's not my argument and you know it isn't. It's just the only thing you feel prepared to attack because you don't really get evolution.

Here's two more challenges for you to add to the list of things you're too intellectually cowardly to debate with me:

1) Make the case that there was ever nothing. To my knowledge, no nothing has ever been observed. Demonstrate that nothing is even possible much less the default state.

2) Explain for the class why it is necessary to know how life began in order to observe the evidence that it has since evolved.

The problem is you haven't a clue what you are on about. You don't apoear to know the difference between natural selection (which had always been taken for granted but which Darwin claimed the credit for) and the sort of evolution that Darwin proposed whereby non-living matter evolved into living cells. Now please:
Make the case there was ever something before the Big Bang and that matter is eternal
Make the case as to how life can arise from non-living matter
The burden of proof is on you not me!
