I'm interested in your questions regarding the Theory of Evolution. [Spirituality & Religion]

Evolution is the best, most comprehensive, consistent and predictive theory that exists to explain the diversity of life on this planet...and yet there exists a fringe group who reject it. It is my opinion that this is largely due to ignorance.

With an eye to that, i'd like to answer your questions and criticisms about evolution, layman though i am. 馃榾馃憤

Some people are just blinde to the truth. We have bones that are thousands of year's old. Humans have changed over time. Just imagine our biggest animals today was at one time the size of a dog. We can follow human bones to a type of ape that once lived. I am sure they was once a different kind of animal and just keeps changing over time. I am sure we will be different in a million or so year's from now

The problem is is the interpretation of evidence that we have. No one is doubting the evidence in the findings. What is the problem is a blanket interpretation of the evidence in order to fit in with certain preconceptions. @smileylovesgaming
@Speedyman

But here's the thing: the interpretation of the evidence from an evolutionary standpoint is the best interpretation of the evidence that we have.
I'd be more than willing to pit evolution against creation in a comprehensive, consistent and predictive interpretation of said evidence.

I don't suspect you won;t be rising to that challenge, yes?

Your problem is that you haven't the faintest idea how life began in the first place so how I can you try and put your 'nothing made something' theory against anything when you don't know if it could ever begin ? It's absolutely pathetic that you cannot see that or rather I think you just choose to ignore it is inconvenient@Pikachu

*yawn*

Aaaand speedy backs down from yet another challenge. Funny that...

Your problem is that you're afraid to engage on any specific point because you know you're in over your head, yeah?
Go ahead and prove me wrong by taking up ANY of those points i raised in my previous post......oh, nothing to say on that subject?
lol yeah, thought not馃槒
put your 'nothing made something' theory against anything when you don't know if it could ever begin ?
Ah and here's ANOTHER problem.
lol that, son, is what's known as a strawman fallacy.
That's not my argument and you know it isn't. It's just the only thing you feel prepared to attack because you don't really get evolution.

Here's two more challenges for you to add to the list of things you're too intellectually cowardly to debate with me:

1) Make the case that there was ever nothing. To my knowledge, no nothing has ever been observed. Demonstrate that nothing is even possible much less the default state.

2) Explain for the class why it is necessary to know how life began in order to observe the evidence that it has since evolved.

Time to put up or shut up, kid.馃榿馃憤

The problem is you haven't a clue what you are on about. You don't apoear to know the difference between natural selection (which had always been taken for granted but which Darwin claimed the credit for) and the sort of evolution that Darwin proposed whereby non-living matter evolved into living cells. Now please:
Make the case there was ever something before the Big Bang and that matter is eternal
Make the case as to how life can arise from non-living matter
The burden of proof is on you not me!
