Yeah. Not on Facebook, Instagram, Snap Chat, Twitter, Tiktok.
2012 I stopped following the news and I stopped using these social media's.
I stayed on Reddit, Vent and then I recently joined here. When I joined here I stopped using Reddit.
Needless to say I don't need much social platforms. I struggle with severe mental disorders though so it's hard to say whether or not I'm happier without SM since I struggle no matter what I do, but replacing screen time with exercise and being productive and hobbies is definitely a recommendation I think can benefit anyone even us with mental suffers.
I’ve deleted Twitter. Reset passwords to make it harder to get on FB or instagram and haven’t been on those in three months. This place has replaced some of that, but it is minimal.
Don’t have fear of missing out or anything, but I am perfectly fine being alone in real life. So it’s worked for me.
I want to one day. The only reason I stay on some sites is because there are people I still talk to but ONLY on those sites. If I deleted, I'd never have contact with them again.
I haven't to any except here and YouTube. Sure I've been on Facebook in the past since 2012 as I stop using it and that's it . It's not the right generation to be on any of them right now.

I used EP for about a year once. Chatted to quite a few people, and made connections. But then life moved on. I stopped it when the kids took over.
Yes, social media is bad. Voodoo can be too and it's also out there. One has free will and not the power to just turn everything to ones like. Life is a struggle so this here is an outlet. Only that
I've not completely removed Facebook because one of my social groups coordinates through messenger. But I have stopped posting to or reading from the feed years ago.
One of the best pieces of advice is ‘compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not who someone else is today’. Scrolling through your friends’ social media is the opposite to that. You don’t need to see their meals, holidays and crappy virtue signalling
