Does smoking disgust you?

I smoked at least a pack a day for 25 years..... finally managing to break my dependency in the late 90's.

TO THIS DAY.... I find that when someone standing close by lights up a Marlboro Red or a Camel (filtered).... the initial smoke that floats into the surrounding air is INTOXICATING.

And.... Standing in line at a 7-11 and watching as people in front of me buy cigs..... makes me glad I quit. They are REALLY EXPENSIVE now..... (I may be dating myself.... but I remember when they were 10 cents a pack when I was in the military).

Yes, regardless of whether it's tobacco cigarettes, pot, or vaping. The smell stinks and smokers as a group tend to be some of the worst litterers, like they somehow don't see cigarette butts as trash. With some smokers their addiction also manifests entitlement / narcissism / victimhood in other ways too, in terms of when, where and around whom they can smoke for example.

The only things I've ever found to be a pleasant smell are quality cigars (not Swisher), pipe tobacco and clove cigarettes, but at the end of the day there isn't any kind of smoke that is safe to be inhaling even secondhand from a distance, not even incense. Smoke is smoke is smoke.

If I had a legit medical reason for weed, I'd ingest it with food, not smoke it.

Tobacco smoke does. I don't judge those who do smoke (unless they're being inconsiderate about it), but I hate the smell.

Only when it's in my face, but I find most smokers are more considerate than they used to be. I just wish they would give it up for their own benefit.

Worked at a company where my back office was the only place co-workers could smoke, and i am a non-smoker. I hate the smell of cigarettes, cigars, and other tobacco products.

I still romanticize it, but I don't like smoking anymore unless I'm really drunk. I enjoy snus much more, no bad aftertaste and not nearly as anxiety inducing since it has 0 links to cancer.

No. I smoke weed. It's gross when people smell like they've bathed in cigarette ash though.

I smoke weed.... cigarettes however seem to embed a stale order in clothes....that usually the cig smoke...er....is unaware of. 😣

I smoke - and I'm not about to be a hypocrite... even if I don't like the smell of weed.

Sometimes a fresh lit cigarette is like a freshly brewed pot of Foldgers in the morning, disgusting! Now a clove cigarette and freshly brewed Sumatran coffee is a different thing!

Depends. Pipe, good cigars, waterpipe usually not. Low quality cigarettes or chronic smokers smelling of stale tobacco very much so.

Dad, granpa, and grandma smoked...got me hooked then quit and called me the bad guy.

One cigarette or cigar can look sexy and cool, but someone who reeks of stale smoke is disgusting.
