@Jake966 You are avoiding my specific question regarding tRump's Executive Order 14168.

According to Executive Order 14168, sex or gender is determined at conception; i.e. when a sperm cell enters an egg cell. At that point, chromosomes are the only determinants of sex or gender. So how do you classify a person with XXY chromosomes? Or XXXY? Or X0 (Turner syndrome)??

Specifically, what is the gender in each of these cases and how do you make that determination??
