Semi-lonely. My wife is here with me, but her dementia makes it almost like being alone. I mean, she walks around, tries to do things, but essentially she can no longer carry on a conversation or actually accomplish anything. So she's here with me physically, but interactions are very limited. :'(

Not at all. Once upon a time the answer was extremely lonely. Life isn't stationary, no one season last forever so do not lose hope if you're lonely and reading this. Sometimes the lessons we need to learn require solitude to understand.
