What religious rituals do you perform regularly?

I don't have any rituals. And I don’t see prayer as a ritual. To me it’s just talking to God like a Father. God isn’t looking for us to do religious duties or say perfect words. He’s looking at our heart.

The Bible says "The Lord looks on the heart." 1 Samuel 16:7
And Jesus said "This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me." Mark 7:6

He also said when we pray, not to just repeat empty phrases, but to talk to our Father in secret. Matthew 6:5-7

So for me, prayer isn’t about a ritual. It’s about relationship.

No real rituals I am fairly non religious if I practice anything I genuinely believe in, it would be kindness. I will always believe in that with my whole true heart.
