When I was 14 my bedtime was 10pm. I could stay up till whatever time I wanted at weekends as long as I was quiet. I think my 5 year old niece and 3 year old nephew bedtime is about 8.30pm these days.

My daughter has 8.30 bedtime on school nights and Friday, unrestricted on Saturday 🙂 She needs at least 10 hours sleep per night.

you should set your profile age back to whatever range is close to your actual age.
