Stubborn17 · 18-21, F
Know exactly how your daughter feels about this sort of thing 😞😳
Louis54 · 61-69, M
@Stubborn17 It may be better than facing the consequences.
anderst · 46-50, M
@Stubborn17 You wouldn't have anything to laugh about with Allison either
SW-User
My bedtime at school is 10pm. It's not popular with all girls, but I need all the sleep I can get 😴
anderst · 46-50, M
@SW-User I think 10pm is ok for bedtime
Naughtyboyneeds · 51-55, M
@anderst yes for Adults it is a horrid punishment, I still get sent to bed early if I misbehave, and I still have a set bedtime
anderst · 46-50, M
@Naughtyboyneeds I know what you mean :(
Bedtime can be annoying I fully admit it
anderst · 46-50, M
Yes I know that having a bedtime make sense, but it sucks!
And my new TV switch off a half hour before bedtime :(
Naughtyboyneeds · 51-55, M
@anderst
Yes I have get ready for bed and switch all my electronic devices off including my TV half an hour before having to go to bed
anderst · 46-50, M
@Naughtyboyneeds yes by me it’s the same, but my tv turn off automatically an half hour before my bed time :(
Strictmichael75 · 61-69, M
Yet it is necessary even if she doesn’t accept it
Strictmichael75 · 61-69, M
@alisonjayne Definitely do! I agree
Strictmichael75 · 61-69, M
@alisonjayne if ever you want to chat you can message le, you are doing well
anderst · 46-50, M
@LamontCranston but it sucks
matthewjames · 18-21, M

Strict4u · 56-60, M
@matthewjames if you have school the next day it is very fair
Naughtyboyneeds · 51-55, M
@Strict4u
Yes school nights for me was 730pm in pjs at 7pm
Strictmichael75 · 61-69, M
@matthewjames It’s fair, you need sleep
matthewjames · 18-21, M
how early a bedtime and for what age? even older teens?
Naughtyboyneeds · 51-55, M
@matthewjames
For me growing up age 5 to 7 630pm m bedtime, 8 to 11 7pm bedtime, teenage years 9pm, but if i had misbehaved i would be sent to bed early no matter what the time was
tindrummer · M
I use them routinely, even earlier as part of punishment.
Strictmichael75 · 61-69, M
I agree entirely with you Alison Jayne
Good for you!
anderst · 46-50, M
For older teens is very terrible
anderst · 46-50, M
@anderst And for adults it is the worst :(
It is an important role for a parent.
Subsumedpat · 36-40, M
Yes early to bed early to rise.
Naughtyboyneeds · 51-55, M
@Subsumedpat
Yes i have been told tobwear a nappy and plastic pants, so i dont get up after been sent to bed early
Subsumedpat · 36-40, M
@Naughtyboyneeds certianly adds to the punishment
Naughtyboyneeds · 51-55, M
@Subsumedpat
It does
CountryLez22 · 22-25, F
I had a loose one growing up but I learned the hard way a few times about not getting enough sleep when the next day came!
matthewjames · 18-21, M

wudifu · 46-50, M

AngelKrish · 26-30, M
Good! One more thing you can do!
You can suggest your daughter and yourself you can do bedtime yoga for better sleep! Plus, add one glass of warm milk with turmeric, it will also help in better sleep! 😊
@AngelKrish These are great suggestions for everyone.
AngelKrish · 26-30, M
@LamontCranston Thanks you.
I always give best suggestions from my side.😊
jjjjjj · 22-25
