early bedtimes make sense [I Believe In Early Bedtimes]
At least for teens who don't get enough sleep a lot of the time. Having a set bedtime has been very good for my daughter, even if she doesn't think so!

I had a loose one growing up but I learned the hard way a few times about not getting enough sleep when the next day came!
