early bedtimes make sense [I Believe In Early Bedtimes]

At least for teens who don't get enough sleep a lot of the time. Having a set bedtime has been very good for my daughter, even if she doesn't think so!

Yes I know that having a bedtime make sense, but it sucks!
And my new TV switch off a half hour before bedtime :(

Yes I have get ready for bed and switch all my electronic devices off including my TV half an hour before having to go to bed
