early bedtimes make sense [I Believe In Early Bedtimes]

At least for teens who don't get enough sleep a lot of the time. Having a set bedtime has been very good for my daughter, even if she doesn't think so!

My bedtime at school is 10pm. It's not popular with all girls, but I need all the sleep I can get 😴

@anderst yes for Adults it is a horrid punishment, I still get sent to bed early if I misbehave, and I still have a set bedtime
