Sure we discuss politics quite frequently, but for us it's not like in the US when people choose sides to argue because they are bored lol. My partner and I don't really have any reasons to disagree on anything since we are both rational people, so the discussions are simply about what's happening in the world.

We have very different political views, so we keep that out of our convos. Imagine beine adults and not letting difference of opinions effect your relationship lol..
I repsect her opinion and she does mine. We know each others views, so no more needs to be said about it and we both would much rather talk of more interesting things anyway

I'm not in a relationship, but I absolutely would. A strong relationship could survive political differences, in my opinion, but it's also important that my partner and I agree on key issues such as the ones I'm always on about around here. Those are the hills on which I would die.

I have ONE RL friend with whom I can discuss politics...but he is VERY far right, and I disagree with how far he goes.

My wife and I discuss politics at least a few times per week. We agree on a lot but not quite everything, and that's OK.
