RULES OF ENGAGEMENT by Elizabeth Moon. I've been reading a lot of her s-f novels the past few weeks, this seems to weakest novel to me. I really enjoyed the others, this one I'm not sure of.

Finally getting to Amor Towles' latest, Table For Two. Not up to his earlier works, imho. Shows flashes of his previous writing talents, but sort of drifts.

Just finished This Way Up: When Maps Go Wrong, which was both educational and humorous.

I can't stand Piers Morgan but I've been reading his book, called Woke is Dead, an interesting and funny look back on how ridiculous things became because of a small minority of permanently offended little snowflakes.

Wild Town, by Jim Thompson (1957). Not very far into it yet. I have a bunch of his ebooks. Pop. 1280 is the best so far.
