What triggers you ?

My mother. She’s my kryptonite. All the work I’ve done to overcome generational trauma gets reanimated when I talk to her. She Is phenomenal at gaslighting kinda effortlessly because it’s how she copes with her trauma and choices. It always brings out a certain rage and disgust for me, so I don’t talk to her anymore. Gotta tell you, it’s like a weight lifted off me finally.

Kids suffering because of religion mainly

People abusing animals.

Old men who are handsy..........GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME!!! History of trauma will do that to you.

My neighbor’s high-pitch voice. She sits all day and scrolling through her phone or baby talking to another neighbor, a noisy little girl who has tantrums more than 10 times a day.

People being aggressive or angered, children in poverty, children neglected

Bad drivers.
I mean honestly. You don't have to slow down for the railroad tracks. That is what the shocks are for and why you have air in your tires. 😠
