CAN'T SLEEP? Here's what you do...
Turn on your TV.
Look for the 'Sleep Timer'. It will be on your remote or as a selection in your TV menu. Set it for 2 hours.
Find a program that you like but not so much that it peaks your interest to keep you awake, instead maybe somewhat boring, mellow or not of high interest.
Turn the sound down to where you can hear it but can't quite make out what is being said.
Lay comfortably on your side or back.
It won't be long and you will be snoozing away.
If, for whatever reason, that fails, get the Hitachi 'Magic Wand' vibrator out.
Put in on the 'Magic Spot' and select the 'high' setting.
After the screaming stops, you will fall right to sleep :)
You can thank me later :)

Lavender and vetiver. These are safe oils for most people and should help you sleep better.
15 drops of Lavender, 5 drops of vetiver. 30mls of carrier oil like fractionated coconut. Vetiver is from India where it's known as the "oil of tranquility" I love that. 😊

I had it once in a coffee house. I liked it, although it would not be a regular order for me.
I had no idea people took it to help with sleep.

I was advised against it by my doctor when I asked about it because she said, i'm a chronically anemic, it's definitely not recommended for those with iron deficiency

There are plenty of things you can still do to your sleeping area to help
Like sleep with raised feet
Lower temp @ night
Blackout shades
Plants that help with sleep
Sleeping noise
