Has anyone ever tried golden milk?

Did it help you sleep? I've been struggling with insomnia and I can't use weed gummies because of school. Magnesium doesn't work on me, and I hate melatonin

Lavender and vetiver. These are safe oils for most people and should help you sleep better.
15 drops of Lavender, 5 drops of vetiver. 30mls of carrier oil like fractionated coconut. Vetiver is from India where it's known as the "oil of tranquility" I love that. 😊
