Do you make breakfast in the morning? What do you make the most? Or is it cereal, or a protein...

Usually, I don't. Very rarely I actually get hungry in the morning, and I try eat toast. On Fridays, when I go to the food pantry for my neighbors, I have switched to a protein bar. I started buying Clean Bars. They are NOT bad, you can manage them even if you don't FEEL like eating, and then you are not hungry ALL morning long!

I can’t eat mornings either unless I didn’t sleep the entire night- I get very nauseous if I stay up all night. Sometimes I make the kids eggs, pancakes or french toast with sausage or bacon.

I made a frozen smoothie to bring w/me today cause it was too early for me to eat before I left and I can’t eat where I go. I’ll be lucky if I can hold down the smoothie when I try it 😬

I never used to have breakfast - just a mug of black coffee - until I was diagnosed with diabetes and have to take meds with food. For most of the year I make porridge with unsweetened cocoa and milk - put it in the microwave while my bath is running and then re-heat it when I'm dressed.

I make it on the weekends for the guys, otherwise it’s just my protein smoothie for myself. I will occasionally make French Toast or pancakes or Belgium waffles during the week just for scuz.

I drink a cup of coffee when I wake up and then I usually get hungry late morning and I’ll eat something, usually cereal or whatever my wife is willing to make! This of course ruins lunch!

Off work, I go out for ham and eggs, chicken and waffles, or French toast.

On work days, I grab something from the office cafeteria breakfast bar: eggs and sausage. Or else a breakfast sandwich or muffin.
