I used Kojic acid soap (I am not naturally this pale despite popular assumption, I’m only mixed with European). As a teenager I found out that the Sally Hansen hair lightening cream also dramatically whitened my skin when I went to lighten my arm hair and it made me like 4 shades whiter. But I think they reformulated it because I recently purchased it and it didn’t even lighten my skin 1 shade. But maybe if you find some strong hair lightener, that could work.

No. It is one of my friends in the Philippines, he sent me that photo one night we were having a discussion about the preference of Filipinos to have light skin. .... It seems like EVERYONE there uses skin whitening cream (aisles and aisles of it in the stores). The TV variety shows there have Mestiso/Mestisa (mixed Asian/white) actors/personalities and apparently much of the populous want to emulate them. It is so ingrained in the culture that many of the young women told me they wanted to marry a white person so their children would be "whiter".

A lot of skin products have skin bleaching chemicals in them. You can find them wherever skin products are sold.

There are bleaching cremes. But idk how healthy they are.
Best version would be to keep that beautiful color but it's up to you

look for hydroquinine creams. if its from getting too much sun yogurt and lemon juice masks also lightens skin a little
