Cook all of my meals at once for the week.

Put a large roasting hen in the crockpot and cook it for about 6 hours with herbs and garlic, can add potatoes, carrots etc about halfway through. Takes quite a while to cook but saves me a lot of time in the kitchen. And a really large hen that fills the crockpot can make at least two good meals.

I have one of those manual carpet sweepers. Nice when you dont want to do a full on vacuum but have little bits that need picking up. Looks like i did a full vacuum after a quick sweep

Since you mentioned vacuuming, I use a shop vac on the outside patio and driveway areas instead of sweeping or even worse blowing which just pushes dirt and debris from one place to the other - it looks great afterwards...

Read your work emails in batches. Once when you get in, a second at a time you set aside in the day, and fifteen minutes before you leave. Do not read them at home.

Delete nearly all.
Act immediately on those from your line manager, or essential.

People will get back to you, if you have missed an urgent one. It never happens.

I still have a lint lizard I used to vacuum dryer lint that gets by the filter. I use a plastic gutter scraper on the end of a paint roller extender to kill spotted lantern flies that are high in the trees. I use a tree and a trellis off the deck for a clothes line and hang close out to dry on it....
