What's your favorite time saving hack?

I use a hand vac with a skinny attachment to suck up any crumbs etc that fall under crisper drawers in fridge. Like a clean fridge but dont have time to pull out drawes and constantly wipe down etc
It also works for toaster tray lol

Put a large roasting hen in the crockpot and cook it for about 6 hours with herbs and garlic, can add potatoes, carrots etc about halfway through. Takes quite a while to cook but saves me a lot of time in the kitchen. And a really large hen that fills the crockpot can make at least two good meals.
@cherokeepatti great idea

@Bexsy yeah and I plan on doing it every couple of weeks because I am tired of spending too much time cooking.
@cherokeepatti I do that sometimes with boneless chicken breast and mushroom soup a touch milk, pepper, salt, whatever other seasoning i want and cook all day

@Bexsy My mom used to make a chicken casserole with a cut up chicken she rolled in seasoned flour and browned. Would put it in a large casserole dish and cut up potatoes, carrots and an onion, pour a can of mushroom soup and some milk on it and bake it for about an hour or so. It was so good. I have made a gluten-free version by making my own condensed mushroom soup and it tasted like the real thing.
@cherokeepatti I'm going to try this

@Bexsy If you like carrots and potatoes you will love it. She would make it on Sundays in the winter.
