If you could change one thing about yourself, what would you change?

My ability to always feel guilty even when I’m the one hurt.

I would get rid of the pain in my lower back. It's quite horrible.

I would change my mode of operating from addressing and creating experiences from my survival identity, to addressing and creating experiences from my authentic being. It would result in a much more profitable and pleasant reality.

I'd like to be more at ease around other people, more readily able to connect /make new acquaintances

I live so poor and shitty because I don't fuck about money. I'll see a homeless person, I'll give them my last 20 bucks, give them a ride or buy them food or whatever they need.

I don't say it pisses off my spouse, but there are times were a bill didn't paid because of my giving
