@DrewLooking4U Congratulations! I can't claim 55, but I also lost a few this last year. We can't do enough to stay healthy and you're headed towards your 50s in a good place. I wish I had done that.

@joe438 I remember seeing myself in the pic taken and was ashamed of what I let myself become. I was comfortable and lazy. I lost my way. So I decided to take control of my life again. It was a very hard process and lots of shear commitment but I was determined not to fail. If I can do it, you and anyone else can as well.
