Do you have good veins?

They work. Funny story but when I was about 18 I was very ill. I was rushed to hospital semi conscious. In my confused state I watched a nurse repeatedly try to put in an intravenous drip. She kept failing. The doctor grew impatient and took the needle from the nurse's hand. "I'll do it", he said. After about 6 tries he was having the same issue as the nurse. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a nun in full habit approach boldly. She grabbed the needle out of the doctor's hand and in one swift jab had the needle inside my vein. "Rolling veins" she snorted as she clomped off down the hall. The nurse and doctor looked on with bemused befuddlement.

It depends on the experience of the nurse.
The nurses that have been around for awhile give me compliments but the new Phlebotomists get anxiety and make me nervous!

Yep. Anyone with average skills with a needle or catheter, has no problem...except for one anesthesiologist who blew a couple of my veins getting a catheter in right before a surgery. 😂

Yeah. They’re easy to find. They always get it on the first try when I get blood drawn

I don't. Whenever they have to do a blood draw or put an IV in me, they have to dig. It really hurts.

I have tiny veins they always have trouble finding them 😭

I haven't been on an IV in a very long time but I think I'm pretty stabbable.

Yes. It never takes more that a minute to get two samples of blood from me. Hardly worth sitting down.
