Do you prefer Summer?

I find summer very sensual. Here’s something I wrote about it.

In summer's blush, the world exhales,
A golden warmth on a beach of shale.
Sunlight drapes the skin like lace,
A tender kiss with a slow embrace.

The breeze becomes a soft caress.
Trailing scents of earth’s excess.
Ripened fruit and scented air,
Passions linger everywhere.

Bare feet dance on grassy ground,
Laughter’s such a sultry sound.
In summer’s glow, hearts beat in time,
Each moment rich, each touch sublime.

Yes, summer. Even if it does get blazing hot in my area, it's certainly a lot more lively and upbeat.

I prefer summer but winter can have its advantages - like snuggling in front of the fireplace with someone special.

summer we have 9 children in our house ages 9 and under and all this cold weather has us all going crazy. we dont even have school right now in person because they keep canceling due to the cold and snow predictions

I'm a summer person, even in 100 degree 90% humidity. I hate cold wet weather.
