It is now ok to shower in the boys locker room as long as they shower in ours?

I did my Scouting Essentials leader training course on the weekend just gone, and the subject of gender inclusiveness came up when we were talking about sleeping/toileting arrangements for camps and other similar activities.

The current ruling is that a trans person is allowed to use whichever facilities apply to the 'gender' that the trans person identifies as regardless of what their actual real gender (birth gender) is.

That means we have to allow trans youth identifying as male to use male facilities, similarly if they identify as female.

Nobody knows what to do with trans people who might think they are non-binary, or therian, or clown/clownself, or similar.

Remember there are only two genders - male and female - depending on what you were at birth.

My local swimming baths has male and female changing rooms. However, when kids have their lessons, some mothers feel that it's ok to come into the male changing room with their young sons to ensure that they get dried and dressed after their lesson. They also get huffy when a man undresses in their presence.

I haven't researched how many other states might have tampons in the boys' locker room.

At work we have a gender neutral toilet and it is uncomfortable for everyone involved. Some avoid it and go to another toilet instead where it is gendered. Its a terrible situation.

This is getting out of control. You can’t go into a locker room just because you identify as that gender.

I bet the difference is percentages in the answer to this is not statistically different than the percentages of men and women on the site.

This is actually a pretty smart move on the guys part, for one he doesn't care if you run out, 2 one or more of you might stay, and 3 if you all run out he can steal all your panties.

It's time to seriously consider the question of why communities should even spend the extra money to build separate facilities.
The purpose served by such duplication and separation is instantly invalidated the moment anything with a penis is allowed into into a facility supposedly set aside for females -- or the other way round.
