Why are sailors on the USS Abraham Lincoln attempting suicide?
According to media reports, they’re frustrated and depressed about a lack of fresh food, broken toilets, delays in mail, and lack of basic hygiene items like toothpaste.
In World War II, many soldiers remained on active duty throughout the entire course of the war. Some of them didn’t even have access to indoor plumbing and/or fresh vegetables.
Surely, there must be some other reason why the sailors are jumping off the aircraft carrier into the ocean.
