I used to make cold brew iced tea, but I don't make it much anymore unless I have the energy.

1. Lassi

It is prepared by blending yogurt (curd) with water or milk, and can be customized to be sweet, salty, or fruity.

Health Benefits

Lassi is widely appreciated for its digestive and nutritional properties:

Probiotics: Fermented dairy promotes a healthy digestive system by balancing gut bacteria.

Hydration: It acts as a natural electrolyte replenishment, which is especially beneficial during hot weather.

Calcium and Protein: The yogurt base provides essential nutrients that support bone strength and muscle repair.

2. Gond katira, or tragacanth gum

Key Benefits

Body Cooling: It is a potent natural coolant that keeps your system refreshed and protects against heatstroke during hot summer months.

Digestive Health: Acts as a bulk laxative and prebiotic, helping to relieve constipation and soothe the gastrointestinal tract.

Skin and Bones: Hydrating properties help promote glowing skin, and it is traditionally believed to assist in boosting bone density and joint health.

Weight Management: Rich in soluble fiber, it slows down digestion and can keep you feeling full longer, aiding in appetite control
@Royricky09 oooh you can't beat a proper lassi
I grow garden mint so I like it in Elderflower or English garden martini. Also wine, cocktails and Malibu and coke.

@beermeplease Milk Stout (The Beer Style)What it is: A sweet, dark ale brewed with lactose (milk sugar). Why it's made: Yeast cannot ferment lactose, so the sugar is left behind, giving the beer a creamy, slightly sweet finish that beautifully balances the roasted bitterness of the dark malts.Examples to try: The iconic Left Hand Brewing Milk Stout or the bourbon barrel-aged Dragon's Milk Imperial Stout.
