I haven't been there in years, but there is a natural bend in the classmates river called North Fork, where the water just pools up like a lake.

Wear as little clothing (or none) as possible, stay inside with the A/C and ceiling fans, drink beer...

Regular hot Tea (not iced). It actually helps in summers.

Sit outside in shade and after some time your body will adapt to the outside temperature and will also lower your BP too

Stay indoors with the curtains shut and a good fan. Splashing water over your face and neck then fanning yourself really cools u down well. 🌞😣
