Sooo if you bury a dead body in your garden...your house is now technically zoned as a cemetery and you no longer have to pay taxes?

I never heard of that here in Oklahoma. In Oklahoma it is legal to bury a loved one on your property after you get the death certificate etc. I don’t know if it is legal to do it in the cities though. There are small private cemeteries in rural areas all over this state. There is a gravesite in a rural public cemetery for Toby Keith where fans can visit, leave flowers, etc. But in reality he is buried on his family’s private property that has a rural acreage not too far from my city.

Just make sure it’s a human, the govt would never give up a cent of taxes for pets or animals

When they find out they dig it up, examine it, chop it into little pieces and then put it back together so it can be buried someplace that doesn't have to pay taxes.
