Lamb or goat meat

12 ounce fillet mignon medium rare with a side of creamed spinach from the lower level bar at Smith and Wollensky off State. I wouldn't turn down their pea soup either.

Pork

Not sure I have a favorite. We had brisket tacos for lunch that were pretty amazing.

Beef, ribeye steak or prime rib and tenderloin

I like a good medium rare steak cooked on the grill

beef....... but, chicken and pork are a close second.

Maybe pork, I'd kill for some good pork ribs.

chicken, lamb very recently. only like the way i accidentally cooked it: that is, in a spicy pulao, with the meat falling off the bones.

King Crab Legs with butter.. mmm.. Filet Mignon.. T-Bone steak, prime rib.. All good.
