Honestly? I enjoy some of their tunes.

And to their credit for all the criticism they got about being in it for the money their song Rockstar is a rather scathing takedown of the industry.

I'm not a fan, they're just kind of bland to me. But, they are a solid band, and I don't think they deserve the hate they get.

I mean actually they're alright. Kind of bland for me though. I like bands with more energy. One thing I like to do is go listen to bands nobody talks about. No name punk and metal bands.

I like them, I think they are a tight solid band with great sound.

I like the How You Remind Me song. And “Hero” which is less Nickelback and more of a lead singer thing…

I also enjoy the potential of the “look at this photograph” meme..

That’s about the entirety of my Nickelback thoughts.. oh and idk why death battle on YouTube never did an episode of Nickelback vs. Napster for trolling sake..

I think they're a good band and contrarians hate the popularity because that's what they like to do.

They are the ultimate in cheesy rock bands and are out for money and fame.

I don't like them but there is an honesty to their approach.

Honestly, I've never really delved into their discography and I need to at some point. 🤔

I gave them a shot. Actually bought a cd, an actual album and I did not care for it. And it was a recent album of theirs at the time. (2008 or 09ish)

Just one of those bands I never really cared about. They've got a song or two I think are good, like that one with the photograph

I think Nickel back copied Creed. Both of them have a few good songs.

They’re over-hated. Yes, they do a lot of sappy ballads, but they can rock when they want to. And there are way worst bands out there.
