How do you actually feel about Nickelback?

They’re kind of a joke on the internet because a lot of their songs are generic and they were overplayed on the radio for a long time (maybe they still are, idk) but personally I think they’re not that bad. You can find songs that are deep, edgy, and carry dark tones if you know where to look but sometimes you just want to listen to a song that’s simple, inoffensive, and palatable. Like watching a cheesy cartoon after a horror binge

Btw my favorite quote about nickelback “If you play a Nickelback song backwards you'll hear messages from the devil. Even worse, if you play it forwards you'll hear Nickelback.”

Honestly? I enjoy some of their tunes.

And to their credit for all the criticism they got about being in it for the money their song Rockstar is a rather scathing takedown of the industry.

I mean actually they're alright. Kind of bland for me though. I like bands with more energy. One thing I like to do is go listen to bands nobody talks about. No name punk and metal bands.

That’s about the entirety of my Nickelback thoughts.. oh and idk why death battle on YouTube never did an episode of Nickelback vs. Napster for trolling sake..

I gave them a shot. Actually bought a cd, an actual album and I did not care for it. And it was a recent album of theirs at the time. (2008 or 09ish)
