Do you watch tv during the day?

If you're having a day off or resting? Even if I am having a lazy day I typically watch tv at night. But I'll watch for three hours straight. Lol

No never. I turn the TV on around 8PM to watch the news and then I check through the channels to see if there is anything interesting. Most of the time, there is only crap on the 200+ channels and then I usually turn my TV off and read a book.

I am addicted to YouTube, streamed to my big TV. I do not really watch my cable TV channels anymore. Maybe I should cut it to the bare minimum lineup? As long as it still comes with streaming.

I lack the patience for longer regular TV content, with the multi-minute commercial breaks. I end up channel surfing and seldom go back. Granted, YouTube has rather long commercial breaks at times, with no channel surfing, but at least you can usually skip after a few seconds.

I especially like the variety. And interviews with interesting people, and science and history facts, etc. Regular TV is too dumb and has too many repeats.

I hate cable TV and ads, but a lot of times I will put streaming on in the background just because the background noise makes me feel more at ease from intrusive thoughts and etc. But I am specific about what I choose. I think what you put on affects the "energy" of the household and your subconscious.
