Mine would have to be Miles O'Brien, he seemed like the most realatable guy in the whole series for a lot of fans.

Worf, Janeway, Seven/Annika Hansen (Janeway and Seven are interchangeable), Doctor from Voyager, Spock, Neelix, Trip Tucker,
Q is fascinating and added dimension to this show, but, he isn't a 'beloved' character; he's cool and sometimes cruel.
