@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON I think I only actually saw the first Lord of the Rings movie. As I recall, I enjoyed it, but for some reason lost interest in the rest of the series.

@LadyBronte The second movie for me, was the worst of the three. Too much fighting and horrible things and orcs!🤮

The return of the king was my favourite.

The fellowship was my second favourite.

@FreeSpirit1 My wife dragged me to that thing, because she is a big Prince fan. Afterward, even she admitted that the movie was horrible.

@FreeSpirit1 To be honest, after I saw Purple Rain...I couldn't bear to watch any more Prince movies. I didn't like it at all. Lol. But he was a very talented guy and I loved his music!

@MasterDvdC The book was the worst Heinlein book I ever read! Hands down, I've loved everything else he's written. There was another stinker called Stainless Steel Rat that came close. I think that one was his too.

@MasterDvdC OMG Starship Troopers was hilarious! The actors knew the only way they could sell the movie was to go overboard on the cheese factor, and it worked a treat!

@windinhishair Plan 9 from Outer Space is regarded as one of the worst moves of all time, at least the 50's. The plot, acting and special effects are weak, but that Is why I watched it.

Ed Wood is regarded as one of the worst directors of all time, but I guess he had fun doing what he did.

A movie was made about him, a few years ago. He had an interesting life.

@windinhishair OMG. That movie has given me nightmares my entire life. Haha. After I watched it as a kid - I had nightmares there was someone living in the walls looking out at us through the vents. Hahaha! *shudders* @DallasCowboysFan I remember the name of that movie, but I never saw it! Sounds like it was really bad!

OMG! A friend wanted to watch one of those crappy things. I think I made it 10 minutes and begged off and left. What an entire waste of time!!!!

It was an odd plot.

@LadyBronte there are a lot of movies we grew up with that were really popular at the time, but now when I watch them, I find myself going. “What the hell were we thinking? This is terrible!”. Others hold up great, though. It just depends.
