@CrazyMusicLover Seasonal depression hits me, too. It's not just the darker, shorter days, but my not looking forward to the cold weather. I've always detested the cold, and my not looking forward to it increases my feelings of gloom.
@PhoenixPhail I don't really know where exactly is the problem. Probably a lack of direct sunlight that affects the body. Because I don't hate darkness and I actually love the first snow but I just don't feel right most of the time. A lack of seasonal fruits and vegetables sucks too.
I miss the seasonal fruits and vegetables, too. I try to not substitute with sugary things. But it's hard for me to stay away from sugar, although I'm working at it.
Meditating, appreciating all you have, finding enjoyable activities and spending time with loved ones can help for sure. Healthy connection is the best. 😊
Nah not today, I got this great bacon and egg roll from this cafe I've never been to before. Really nice people, nice ancient old Asian couple who shout the orders at each other from across the room.
Sometimes, off and on. I try to take walks to beat it by excercise and still find myself just laying in bed after a long day just day dreaming. I've thought about suicide as well. Life is hard and it takes alot of support from loved ones to get through and prayer.
