I've been in trouble over it as I've fallen asleep at work. It's hard, but when you do mixed shifts, what do they expect?

It catches up with you. It gets me through but i have to take some time out to catch up on sleep. Like today i slept 3and 1/2 hours. Yesterday i slept 2 hours. So im going to work out in the morning to tire myself out and hopefully i get atleast 6 hours of sleep after that

When my kids were newborns I would drive to work in the winter w the windows down just to keep myself awake . It’s rough

Idk how people survive like that. I've had cycles where I have and it was miserable. You'd feel constantly tired.

When that happens to me I feel like I'm hungover even if I haven't had anything to drink and I end up cranky the whole day.

As long as I also sleep for a second 4 hours I’m fine. I don’t know what the big deal is.

I slept 3 hours today. My phone is fully charged and i have no idea how. I dont remember ever putting it on the charger.

Ive got one more day of work tomorrow and then i can actually get some sleep.
