Help I can’t sleep these days… what can I do!

Try taking melatonin gummies or pills. Start small with 2-3 mg and it should kick in after an hour.

@Unholymanswers Yes meletonin is a natural sleep aid, that is produced naturally in the body...You can get it in the vitamin isle. It's great I take it every night at 10mg to fall asleep... To me it works better than those blue sleeping pills that the doctor prescribes because they have a peek then wear off unlike meletonin, which lasts until morning!
Take a hot shower, eat a small bowl of ice cream while watching a long video about something you find interesting but won't get you excited and get your brain fired up. After you finish the ice cream lay down and let the video play.
The hot shower and ice cream will start a cooling cycle in your body that should help everything shut down and relax, the video will hep keep your mind from wandering and getting you stuck in a thought process that gets you thinking about anything stressful.
