Help I can’t sleep these days… what can I do!

Take a hot shower, eat a small bowl of ice cream while watching a long video about something you find interesting but won't get you excited and get your brain fired up. After you finish the ice cream lay down and let the video play.
The hot shower and ice cream will start a cooling cycle in your body that should help everything shut down and relax, the video will hep keep your mind from wandering and getting you stuck in a thought process that gets you thinking about anything stressful.
