You'll have to figure it put for yourself. I did though. 😉 She knows

Time, patience and willpower. There is no quick fix so it will take time and you have to be patient. Understand that it's a process and that the finish line will come.

Willpower is needed because you must eventually choose to get better and to get back out there, regardless of whether you feel like it. The time to grieve is finite, particularly if it stops you from living.

It depends on what broke your heart. There’s no mending the broken heart from the death of one of your children. There is no healing and no closure. It hurts every single day.

There is no necessity to fix a broken heart.

Everyone is different.

Some need healing ,some require peace or isolation.

And some reassurance and re-establishment of trust.

Some just want to be heard, nothing else.

Time, space and people around are key here.

Do healthy things for yourself and wait. That's the only approach that's ever worked (sort of) for me.

50 years of doing that, I think I'm almost healed.

Sometimes ,you can't depends on what broke your heart.
The death of a loved one is not something you get over but you have to learn to live with it -you live with a broken heart
If it can be fixed (and that’s not always the case) only time will be the catalyst. Some heartbreaks will remain an ache that you must manage and live with, unfortunately. 🥺

Depends on how it's broken.

Not all hearts need pacemakers. 🙃

Even in relationships a stint is needed when clogged arteries happen.
Allow yourself to grieve over the loss and just take care of yourself

You can't. You let it scar over. You almost forget about it sometimes. Then one day one memory makes that scar bump against the corner of the table and you're like .. fuck.. all over again .
