Love. I can understand, completely, why some would say money. It's security for people.
WoWgirll · 36-40, F
I would rather have love than have wealth. Money buys everything basically but, it can't buy you love or long term happiness.
zonavar68 · 56-60, M
Love from my children esp my 7 y/o eclipses everything money could ever buy me. I don't rate adult/romantic love very much and money actually ruins that anyway.
Elisbch · M
Love would be nice (and preferred) but it hasn't shown me that it lasts as long as money can unfortunately. And you can't have love without the other. 😕
Elisbch · M
@zonavar68

No,...I said what I meant to say.. just the way i said it. 🤷🙂
zonavar68 · 56-60, M
@Elisbch you absolutely can love without money. Money doesn't buy happiness.
Elisbch · M
@zonavar68

I think you missed my point.

I don't debate this stuff either.

Definitely love ...no doubts

A true relationship in the which neither side places a severe importance on money without negating the fact that it does take money to run things. By God's Grace And Mercy I hope that I value relationships a ton more than money.
MrAverage1965 · 61-69, M
Money to a point. You cannot have food on your table, clothes on your back or a roof over your head without money.
Once you have those then love becomes important but so do other relationships like friendships.

Always been Love. I never cared for money. Money don't make me happy, My heart does.
WoWgirll · 36-40, F
My whole life I thought love was the most important thing, now I'm not sure
WillaKissing · 61-69, M
Love, I have my own money, But I have never had true loved shared back to me.
val70 · 56-60
Money is rather easy compared to love, so I guess the latter
Wayne91 · 31-35, M
Both are important. Should be balanced.

Love but all I have is money
SUPERVlXEN · F
Hmm. The video image/seems to be deleted. That said, money can't buy you love nor can love give you money. They are two separated parts of life, unless you think that both have to be given to you by someone else whereas I think it starts with oneself.

True and enduring love and a functional relationship would always come first ..

Being without that, I'm left with .. my mind on my money and my money on my mind
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
Define love.

There is such a thing as love of money unfortunately as your image indicates.
zonavar68 · 56-60, M
@DeWayfarer That's called greed.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@zonavar68 and there's love of greed as well.
Elisbch · M
Love used to be, but I've given up on that. So I guess money but I've never been a money hungry person. Rather to seek a peaceful enjoyable life.
exexec · 70-79, C
Love. Money has never been that important to me, probably because we have usually had enough to meet our needs.
DragonFruit · 70-79, M
Love is more important to me .. but having an adequate amount of money is not unimportant.
Lostpoet · M
Love you can always earn money, but love is like a free drug they can't lock you up for.
zonavar68 · 56-60, M
money and adult romantic love are both worthless commodities.
lonelyloner · 31-35, F

Personally, I find money means security, which is very important. And while I appreciate the real love that I have, that security means I’m less likely to become a burden to those whom I love in the last years of my life.
