Can anyone advise or post links to some good home work outs? I have been walking lots and making great progress with losing weight and I'm scared that working from home / staying in will undo that.
I am now under 200 :) And am wearing things that have not fit me for a long time.
@SooperSarah I'm so sorry! I didn't know it did that. I knew I had given you 'best answer' so was surprised to have the option to make any post 'best answer'. I assumed the first one remained, but it makes sense there could only be one 'best'.
Google "equipment free exercise." I think netflix has workouts you can follow along with. I did the first 30 days of p90x three times (don't judge). If I ever get back into working out at home it'll be my plan of choice.
Awesome job. Keep going till you get to the weight you want! If you can, try running/jogging. Helps get the heart rate up and keep it up to burn more calories. I've been doing that around my neighborhood more since Covid, and also cutting my meal sizes since I LOVE to snack so much.

I am worried about the same thing, putting weight in during the crisis. In the allowed walk each day I have walked hard for an hour and then done some light weights and some good stretches...not a lot but but done regularly is keeping things okay. Good luck...you look great, by the way!
Good for you!! Idk I guess I’m just reaching a point where I’m starting to feel my weight. Kinda concerned about what might happen if I keep going @Emele
