Can anyone advise or post links to some good home work outs? I have been walking lots and making great progress with losing weight and I'm scared that working from home / staying in will undo that.
I am now under 200 :) And am wearing things that have not fit me for a long time.

@Drew944 I got up to 226lbs and at that weight I really noticed it impacting on my life, I wasn't happy. I am maybe not 'fit' now, as such, but at least healthy. I can exercise and walk more - faster / further. And play with my niece. I would say I do feel healthier overall.
Good for you!! Idk I guess I’m just reaching a point where I’m starting to feel my weight. Kinda concerned about what might happen if I keep going @Emele
