Quarantine exercise

Can anyone advise or post links to some good home work outs?
I have been walking lots and making great progress with losing weight and I'm scared that working from home / staying in will undo that.


I am now under 200 :) And am wearing things that have not fit me for a long time.

I do simple calisthenics. Like wall pushups, dips on my chairs that have arm rests, leg raises, core exercises, etc.

@boklenholley7 I found a youtube yoga session that I have done before, I will look for similar for these sort of things
